BODYPUMP
BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories**. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
RPM/Classic Spin
RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun and low impact. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.
HIGH FITNESS
AEROBICS is Back! Bigger, Better, HIGHer! HIGH Fitness is a hardcore, enjoyable fitness class that incorporates aerobic interval training with music you love and intense easy to follow fitness choreography. It combines FUN with INTENSITY and CONSISTENCY to give you a high caloric burn, full-body toning, and a serious boost of endorphins! Come give it a try and get addicted to being fit!
YOGA
YOGA is a class that incorporates fluid movement through a series of postures, matched with breath, to create a sense of flow, strength, ease and tension release. No two classes are the same!
QUALITYFIT
One of the key characteristics is a daily workout, hence the “workout of the day”. These are either done “as many as possible” in a certain amount of time; or complete a circuit as fast as possible. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups to improve strength and build lean muscle.
SILVER SNEAKERS
SilverSneakers is a program encouraging older adults to participate in physical activities that will help them to maintain greater control of their health. Focus is placed in range of motion, resistance training, cardio and yoga. Dumbells, resistance bands, balls, and a chair are used in class.
